 a threat or attempt to inflict offensive physical contact or bodily harm on a person (as by lifting a fist in a threatening manner) that puts the person in immediate danger of or in apprehension of such harm or contact

Rick Perry has a history of using violence and coercion to vanquish the liberties of others. With a fake swagger and exxagerated machoisms, Rick Perry has assaulted Dr. Ron Paul during a presidential debate, intimidated a  cop out of a writing a speeding ticket, and passed a law by Executive Order mandating 12 yr old Texan Girls receive a deadly and unnecessary vaccine.
